Astrology is rich in history, science, philosophy, and theology. Simply speaking, it is the study of the movement of the cosmos and how these are related to our earthly experience. It is the study of life itself and that fluid, ever-complex and impossible to define concept we call, time.
Astrology is a language to be learned; the language of universal intelligence, that is the Cosmos. It speaks to us in poetry and symbols, embedded in our astrological doctrine. In an astrological chart we see reflected all aspects of life; from the most mundane and physical level of the body, through to the deepest and highest level of spirit and soul.
Astrology is far more than the sum of its parts. When faced with the vastness of the subject, the importance of the personal recedes. Ultimately, the mystery, magic, and paradox of existence, as seen through the astrological lens, provides answers which leads to more questions. Astrology illuminates more paths than we have years to explore… and yet, we persist, for astrology feeds the soul.
